A Race to the Ship
Cliffs at Anglesea

On realising that those on board the "Albatros" would be boarding the ship, our four local heroes attempted to race them to the quarry. A dead heat resulted, with a small boat from the "Albatros" pulling alongside at the same time as the locals. Both parties then went aboard. No advantage was gained for the home team in their effort to secure a stake in the Inverlochy's treasure.

As with all wrecks, there were stories afoot hinting at buried whiskey in the sand below the cliffs. This was claimed to be the results of expeditions carried out by locals under the cover of darkness.
