The End

So now the Inverlochy's colourful tale is told and as a rainbow brings colour and interest to a scene, relieves monotony and stimulates conversation. So the Inverlochy was like a rainbow in Anglesea for many months and although it may not have brought a pot of gold for the residents of our little town, it was the next best thing! A windfall and a few pots of convivial amber.

And now may our treasure from the deep rest in peace.

Boat in bottle

The Inverlochy is remembered in Anglesea with Inverlochy Place in the new shopping area, Inverlochy playground in Coogoorah Park featuring a wrecked ship to explore, and Inverlochy Street off the Great Ocean Road leading into the industrial estate.
