Colac Otway Shire's Botanic Gardens has won the Victorian State Award in the inaugural Australian Local Government Flower Garden Awards. The awards, sponsored by Bedding Plants Australia (BPA), aim to acknowledge the work done by Councils in creating gardens in public places. Great Ride along a Great Road
