    Inspired by the sea

    A group of artists whose work is inspired by the sea will open at the Lorne Art Gallery at 2pm on Saturday 26 March. This exhibition will feature paintings by Mark Cairns, Sara Paxton and Susan Sutton’s watercolours of the Lorne coast as well as abstract paintings by Nathan Wilkinson and Juris Cerins and Bill Linford’s surrealist paintings. On display will be David Hobday’s glass hangings of sea creatures and sculpture by Victoria Edgar, Julie Shaw and Thomas McVicar as well as Glenn England’s ceramic installation. Lorraine Archibald and Pam Wilson will be there with a new range of their jewellery.

    The exhibition officially opens 2pm on Saturday 26 March,
